I had a great summer.  Hope you did too.  Mine was so great I gained ten pounds and began feeling it.  Hockey season is coming up next week and I have now lost twenty-one pounds and have lots of energy.  I began my weight loss program three weeks ago.  Want to know what I did?  Diet and exercise.  Lot's of exercise.  I added 45 minutes of treadmill time twice daily to my regular exercise schedule and cut back on sweets and coffee and added in lots of fruits and vegetables.  The last week I followed a cleanse from Yoga Journal that was basically steamed veggies like green beans squash carrots and rice and boiled beans with tea or broth.  Fruit for breakfast, and I always felt satisfied never hungry and had tons of energy.
