Strengthen Your Immune System

With cold and flu season upon us, keeping your natural immune system running in tip top condition is one of the best ways to avoid the miseries of colds this winter.  Eating healthy vitamin rich leafy greens and fruits will give you the power you need to ward off colds.  I expecially recommend kale be added to your diet.  Keeping up your exercise program is very important this time of year.  Try adding some yoga to your program.  The twists and stretches of yoga stimulate the natural immune sytem and will help keep you healthy all year long.
